All Mom and Pets orders are processed as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping on orders delivered within the United States.

Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipping.

Most orders are typically delivered within 12–14 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to carrier delays, customs processing, destination, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, high order volume, or other factors outside of our control.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
