All Mom and Pets custom pet portrait prints are made to order.

Processing time: 3–7 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, or other factors outside of our control.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
