Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are custom and personalized, all custom pet portrait orders are made specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded once the design or production process has started.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 

support.momanpets@gmail.com

with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the case.

Please make sure the photo and pet name you upload are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cancellations may only be accepted before the design or production process begins.
